Dr. George D. Brown, former chairman, passed away in May 2021. He was the spearhead of initiating a safe, public water district in Todd County over 50 years ago. His dedication and hard work are evident today.

Lois "Farmer" Brown, former Treasurer, passed away March 2025. He was a commissioner from Logan County for over 40 years. His support and decisions for his community created a strong utility for the area. 

Commissioners meet on the last Monday of each month at 4:00 PM.  The meetings are held at the District office at 2201 New Hwy 68 W., Elkton, KY 42220.
